Rahma is the CEO and Founder of Asal Africa. A senior management professional with over 15 years of experience in international development, Rahma has held leadership roles across the non-profit and public sectors. She has worked extensively with leaders and decision-makers to enhance institutional effectiveness, adopting a practical, results-oriented approach to problem-solving. Rahma has a proven track record in strategic management and consensus building. She has led non-profits in the UK and served in various technical advisory capacities to the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS), where she focused on public management and administration, institutional reform, and aid coordination.
She holds an MSc in Public Policy and Management from SOAS University of London and an Executive Leadership Coaching certificate from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
